(1) Appearance
Mining dump trucks can only operate within a limited mining area,
and their external dimensions are not limited. In order to increase
the transportation volume of each vehicle, the compartment volume
should be increased as much as possible in its usage environment,
and the overall dimensions of the vehicle should be widened and
raised.
(2) Large load capacity and strong power
At present, the load capacity of this type of vehicle ranges from 4
to 360 tons, and it is still developing towards larger scale. Due
to the large load capacity and steep roads, it is required that the
engine must have high power and torque to ensure easy and powerful
uphill loading. Therefore, this type of vehicle is equipped with
